This policy explains what ZeroLoom Labs (“we”) collects when you use zeroloomlabs.com and its subdomains, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo, which Google shares with us when you agree. We store these in your ZeroLoom profile.
  • Your profile settings: the display name you choose.
  • When you last used the site: if you're signed in, the date and time of your latest visit (updated at most every 12 hours), so we can count active members. It's deleted with your account.
  • Sign-in cookies: a secure cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary and is only set when you sign in.

You can browse the site without signing in. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your personal data.

Anonymous open counts: when you open one of our products from this site, we add one to that product's daily total so we can show what's popular. We don't store who you are or your IP address. A small cookie stops the same browser being counted twice for the same product on the same day, and it expires after 24 hours.

Anonymous visit counts: to understand how the site is used, we count page views as daily totals: which page, whether it was a phone, tablet or computer, and the name of the site that linked here (for example, Google). We don't store your IP address, the full link you came from, or anything that identifies you. A small cookie holding only today's date stops the same browser being counted as a new visitor twice in one day. If your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", we don't count your visits at all.

Recommendations: to suggest what you might like next, we learn which products are often opened together in the same visit, and which products are popular with visitors from each site (for example, Instagram) and device type. These are anonymous daily totals. The list of products you opened is kept only in your own browser (local storage), is never sent to us with your name, and you can clear it with "Reset suggestions" or by clearing your browser data. With "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" on, nothing is remembered or learned from your visit.

Loomi, our website guide: if you ask Loomi a question, it is answered on our own server from this website's content (no outside AI service). So we can teach Loomi better answers, we keep a shortened copy of the question (at most 60 characters, with emails, links and long numbers removed) as a daily count, not linked to you, your account or your IP address, and delete it after 180 days. With "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" on, questions aren't kept. Please don't type personal details. If you tuck Loomi away, your browser remembers that choice.

Why we use it

  • To create your ZeroLoom profile and keep you signed in across our divisions.
  • To show your name and photo on your profile.
  • To keep our services secure and prevent abuse.

Who processes it

We use Supabase to store accounts and profiles, Google for sign-in, and a hosting provider to serve the website. They process data only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile until you delete your account. When you delete it from your profile page, your account and profile are removed permanently.

Your choices and rights

  • Change your display name at any time on your profile page.
  • Delete your account at any time on your profile page.
  • Ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing zeroloomlabsupport@gmail.com.
  • Remove our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings, under “Third-party apps and services”.

Children

Sign-in is intended for people aged 18 and over, or younger people with the consent of a parent or guardian where the law requires it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post a note on our Updates page.
